Cancellation policy & call-out charges

Our call-out charge varies depending on your area. Because we cover a wide region — including Luton, Milton Keynes, Stevenage, St Albans, Northampton, Leicester, Derby, Nottingham, Peterborough and Cambridge — the cost of getting a fully-equipped van and fitter to you depends on your location, the time of day, and the urgency of the job.

• The exact call-out charge is always confirmed with you before any work begins — no surprises, no hidden fees.
• Late-night, early-morning and emergency roadside call-outs may carry a higher charge than standard daytime bookings.
• The call-out charge is separate from the cost of tyres and fitting, and will be clearly itemised in your quote.
• If you're unsure of the charge for your area, just call us on 07944 081 350 and we'll tell you straight away.

We know plans change. That's why we offer free cancellation within 10 minutes of making your booking — no charge, no questions asked.

• Within 10 minutes of booking: cancel free of charge. Any deposit paid is refunded in full.
• After 10 minutes: once a fitter has been dispatched or tyres have been sourced for your job, a cancellation charge may apply to cover our costs. We'll always explain this before taking your booking.
• If our fitter arrives and you no longer want the work: the call-out charge remains payable, as the van and fitter have already been sent to you.
• If we can't complete your job (for example, a part is unavailable), you won't pay for work that wasn't done.

To cancel or amend a booking, call us on 07944 081 350 or message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible — the sooner you tell us, the less likely any charge will apply.
